I start from scratch, and deck your home out in a complete staging package. That means I take care of all of the details, from pot plants to liven up rooms, to slotting whiteware in place.

This service is ideal for new builds and vacant rentals, because empty rooms are challenging for buyers to visualise. Staging helps buyers gauge the size of rooms, and creates a sense of life so they can see themselves living there. I use lightweight, finely structured furniture to give a feeling of extra space and create places to linger, while avoiding bottlenecks at open homes.

Ideal to set off your home while you or tenants are still living in your property, our enhancement service mixes a bit of ours and a bit of yours. I work with you to decide a theme that suits your home, while still appealing to your buyers and the way they like to live. I then remove elements that don’t work together, or are distractions. By clearing this clutter you’ll enhance your home’s sense of space and storage. Then I add in the accessories and furniture that bring the look together with a strong visual appeal and a welcoming feel.

How It Works

Many of my clients are recommended to me by their agent. I work as part of your marketing team, understanding who your buyers are likely to be, and what will attract them to your home.

Ideally, I visit your home for a consultation, at a few weeks before it goes on the market. Then, I plan a style and layout and help you with any storage and de-cluttering. I can work with tenants too.

I usually set up the property the day before the photos are taken. I can be at your place to work with the photographer, and will visit during the sale period to water plants, replace flowers and fruit and make sure everything feels just right.
